This includes following specific processes and having established practices. For example, we're required to have Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII), a clear Fees Policy and a Complaints Procedure. 

Most importantly, we're required to strictly follow the Code of Standards as instructed by the IAA

If you're not satisfied with our service, please request a copy of our Complaints Procedure and we'll be happy to share it with you. We'll resolve any complaints in the best possible way and in a timely manner. You can also always refer your complaint directly to the Authority
